Staff's Message
Greetings JHS Families, Students, and Community Partners!
We are excited to announce that JHS is ready to return to in-person learning under the guidance of Boulder Valley School District (BVSD). On Tuesday, January 19, 2021, BVSD high schools and JHS will return to in-person learning at a Phase 3-Hybrid Learning Model which consists of two days a week of in-person instruction on school grounds and three days of remote learning. A parent or guardian can opt out their student(s) and continue 100% remote learning.
Safety precautions begin at the front door with mandatory use of face masks and health screens by all individuals. The building is modified to ensure social distancing of at least six feet at all times and with sanitation stations to keep hands and surfaces disinfected.
We look forward to having the entire student population at the school together, healthy, and making life changing memories, but until that happens, the JHS staff will relentlessly continue to provide the best services possible. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns at tijani.cole@bvsd.org.
Be safe and best regards,
JHS Staff
